Repairs
If damaged, small holes in the fabric can be patched using Tear Aid, Aqua Seal, or similar products. Pre-approved factory repairs are available for a fee.
For Warranty and Repairs, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] with a single image of the whole bag (issue facing towards the camera) to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We may ask for additional images and/or proof of purchase, please keep your receipt. Allow 20+ weeks.
When sending your bags back to Watershed, please include a letter with the following information:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your RA#
- Your Ship To Address (no PO Boxes)
- Your Phone Number and E-mail Address
- A description of the damage to your bag
- Credit card number with expiration date for the inspection and repair fee.
- $54 if deemed a repair
- Return shipping is included in the repair fee to the contiguous USA. Alaska, Hawaii, and international return shipping is not included.
