Q: How do I lubricate the ZipDry closure and what products should I use?
A: Watershed recommends that you keep the tracks of the ZipDry closure lubricated every couple months or sooner if used frequently or in arid, hot climates with 303 Protectant (sold on our website) or Armor All.
Q: How do I store my Watershed bag?
A: Store your Watershed bag with the ZipDry closed to prolong the life and amount of time needed for lubrication treatments.
Q: What is the best way to open my Watershed bag?
Q: Where can I purchase Watershed bags?
A: Watershed has an extensive Dealer network; please see our Dealer page on our website to find a Dealer near you. We also have an Internet Store in case there is no Dealer located near you or it is more convenient for you to shop on-line.
Q: Are your bags submersible?
A: Watershed ZipDry Waterproof bags have been tested down to 300 feet and are proven to be dry!
Q: Will the bag fade in the sunlight?
A: Watershed bags are made of Kryptothane® Fabric, a 420-denier nylon packcloth coated in layers with polyurethane. Our fabric is flexible in cold weather, UV stable and more environmentally friendly that the PVC fabric used in the majority of "dry" bags in the market.
Q: What should I do if my bag is damaged?
A: Please call Watershed Customer Service at 1-800-811-8607. We also have instructions on our website about Warranty, Returns, and Repair information.
Q: Care and feeding for ZipDry® Closure?
A: Our ZipDry®closure is the most important part of the drybag to take care of. Please take the time to get to know your closure and practice opening and closing the drybag. To get the maximum performance out of your closure, clean and lubricate the tracks of the seal with 303 Aerospace Protectant. For prolonged storage, apply extra 303 to the closure and store sealed indoors.
Q: Closing the Drybag - Always Triple Check
Snap seal shut at one end. Working towards the opposite end, snap seal together with your first three fingers and thumbs of both hands. Leave two inches open at the end to either bleed out excess air or to inflate bag and give it buoyancy. Snap last corner shut. Squeeze bag as hard as you can. If no air leaks, bag is ready for submersion.
Watershed uses the highest quality materials and the highest manufacturing standards in the world. Our dry-bags are guaranteed against all defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser. Should a product be found defective under this warranty, Watershed will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Normal wear, UV damage, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, or improper care is not covered. Watershed will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of its products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, original purchasers are able to return new, unused Watershed products back to us for credit, refund or exchange . Products not in new, unused condition are not eligible for return. Standard return policy is 30 days after receipt. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
In order to receive a full credit/refund the tags must still be attached to your product and/or the product must be in its original packaging. Original shipping, return shipping and custom altered products (i.e. bags outfitted with inflate/purge valves) are non-refundable.
Please call Customer Service at 1-800-811-8607, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number (RA #). This RA# should be written on your box AND on either a copy of your original invoice or on a brief note describing what you are returning and why. This MUST be included with your return to receive a full refund. Any returns sent into us without prior authorization, without noting the RA#, or missing documentation will result in a 15% processing fee. Any return sent into us with missing components, packaging or tags that are damaged or missing will be deducted at least 15% for processing and re-stocking.
If you purchased your bag at one of our Dealers, please contact them directly for returning/exchanging the bag.
Once you have contacted Watershed, received your RA#, and completed your documentation, please send bags via a traceable method back to:

For Warranty and Repairs, please contact Customer Service 1-800-811-8607 or email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Repairs can take from 4-6 weeks to be returned.
When sending your bags back to Watershed, please include a letter with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your RA#
- Your Ship To Address (no PO Boxes)
- Your Phone Number and E-mail Address
- A description of the damage to your bag
- A check or credit card number with expiration date for the minimum $25.00 inspection and repair fee.
- Please note, return shipping is additional. We normally ship repairs using USPS, and will calculate the cost and inform you when we contact you about your repair

All in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is placed after 2:30pm EST it will not be processed until the following business day. Due to our the extensive selection of products we have, we may not have certain an items in stock. Should you order any of these items this occur it will be put on our production list and may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to produce and ship.
Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground shipping within the contiguous US. Orders outside the contiguous US may take longer and be subject to additional freight cost, import fees & duties, depending on final destination. Any added costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you supply us with an email address, we will email your tracking number and your invoice between 5pm and 6pm on the day of shipment. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. All shipping addresses must be physical locations; UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or deliver on weekends.
There is a $10 fee for Dealer Drop-shipments.
