Running for MARSOC and the GrindStone 100

John is raising awareness and accepting donations for the MARSOC Foundation, which was established to support active duty and medically retired MARSOC personnel and their families.  They also support families of Marines who have lost their lives during service to our country among ongoing foreign engagements.

John is about the embark upon the GrindStone 100 mile race in Virginia, beginning at 6 pm TONIGHT!! This race has  a time limit of 38 hours, traverses 101.85 miles, and has elevation gain and loss of 23,200 / 23,200 ft!!
